Starfish

Today we made a starfish. We learned how starfish aren't smooth, but are rough. I let him play with a starfish we have and then he helped me cut one out. He is great at cutting little lines everywhere but he has no clue how to actually cut on a line. So, he needed a little help. Then we practiced writing an S. As mentioned in the last post, he can't write his letters--but it was a good try. Then we just glued oatmeal all over so his starfish would be rough. Very easy project. It took like ten minutes and I had all the materials already. He has a little wall that he likes to hang all his projects on. I'll include a picture of that another day.
