Interesting articles

I thought these were interesting. The part about get more sleep with a new baby is funny to me though. They said they are doing research to figure out how to get a mom more sleep with a new baby. Ha. I'd like to see that! But I liked both articles. My favorite was probably the "Kiss your partner passionately," "eat avacodos," and "eat fruit salads."
